We had very great and down to earth support from Felix & Tarek. We have been in house search for almost 2.5 years and we were almost at the edge of giving-up. Working with Felix was a great experience. Felix pays attention to what we like and hate in selecting the homes to show to us. He is a natural analyst. We contacted Felix to assist us in the sale of a rental home in the Seattle region. The rental home required significant remodeling before being put on the market because it had been leased for nearly 30 years. Felix was in charge of updating the house because I live in Florida. He hired the team, decided what needed to be changed, and made sure everything was finished quickly. He really works miracles.
