We found Tarasa by chance when we looked at another house online that quickly sold. She was absolutely wonderful to work with during this process. Extremely professional, extremely kind, extremely knowledgeable. One thing we really liked about Tarasa was she asked US questions and knew a lot about these homes before we even took any tours. We had to take a break from house hunting for a few months for personal reasons, but Tarasa remained in touch and we picked up right where we left. We never felt like her clients as much as we felt like friends she was doing everything possible to get the best for us. We recommend Tarasa to ANYONE looking to purchase a home. Tarasa did a great job finding us a new tenant. As owners, were very picky regaring potential tenants. She did a great job with marketing the house (both pictures and video), pre-screening potential renters, and continuously showing the house upon any request (daytime, evening, or weekend). Tarasa was always available to us via phone, text and email. We never waited to have questions answered or to receive updates. We greatly appreciate her dedication and commitment to placing the best possible tenant in our residence. We will absolutely use Tarasa again when needed.

My wife and I decided to look for a house in PA with a location that better suited our needs. We were looking at several different houses online and when my wife called to view one of the houses on the market, we met Tarasa. She immediately impressed us with her upbeat attitude knowledge. We decided after that first conversation to take her on as our realtor, which is one of the best decisions we ever made. She sat down with us and asked the necessary questions to determine what we were looking for in a new home and to help us arrive at a good asking price to sell our house at. Tarasa did the research necessary to set our house on the market at good price. Our house sold at the price we wanted within 12 hours of putting it on opening day. Tarasa really impressed us with her availability to answer our questions about the houses we were looking at and the area that surrounded them. No matter what time we called her she always had a great attitude which is very helpful when you are stressing about potential house issues. Tarasa has a good team working for her that made the transition of selling one house and buying another go smoothly from the house inspection to the underwriting. I would recommend Tarasa to anyone I know who wants to buy or sell a house in the state. We have bought and sold multiple homes in our lifetime, and I can tell you that she is the best hands down.
