We had our lot on the market with another realtor for over a year, and since we'd had little interest and no offers, we decided to take it off the market while we assessed options. Tara called out of the blue, asked us if we were still interested in selling the property and if we would give her a chance. "I'll send you some pictures of lots I've listed and sold in the Ephrata area, and you can check me out on Zillow," she said. We listed. Tara sold our lot a little over a month later. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. If you're looking for an incredible real estate professional, I highly recommend Tara.

Tara helped me sell my home after i had tried on my own for a year. She had initially asked if i needed help and i had turned her down, however every month she would call me and ask if i was ready for her help. I finally gave into her persistence and she quickly moved my house. She unfortunately had to deal with a uncooperative tenant that I had at the time and she was always professional and respectful. When I first contacted Tara about the Linden Ave property. She responded immediately. Once we talked about the property I made my offer that same day and Tara contacted the other realtor for the property. The seller excepted my offer and Tara took care of everything. She is excellent in all communication responses, answers all questions, finds your answers, always kept me in the loop as to how far we were in the paperwork process, worked with lender with outstanding communication.
