Although our process became so nerve wrecking she walked us through the process from start to finish not leaving anything unturned. Tara said, aEURoeFirst things first lets see how we can get you in a house, by the end of the year.aEUR? There was Not a long drawn out process in the search for the perfect house to call home. We started taking care of things that could have been a problem with our credit which was a very easy to do, having slow credit, can create a slight problem when it comes to making a major purchase. Which now I believe that we can help others clean up the credit issues should they need it.So everything single thing that Tara told us to do we did it and it WORKED!!! We started our process in the beginning of 2018. We made NO major purchases, however we did need a new car, to get back and forward to work which helped and kinda hurt us, but it did workout in our favor. We paid what needed to be paid, for the next 9 months concerning our credit. In 2019, we started saving WHICH was not that easy honestly I kid you not. We both love shopping.We needed to save our earnest money and money for the inspection, still having to live too! We did eat out from time to time, but our goal was to be in a house by the time our lease ended on our apartment by October. In other words we were running against the clock seriously. The perfect size yard to entertain, and on the inside we have a place to call home. Why?
