She knew what had to be done to update our house and had the contacts to get it done for minimal cost. Our house sold fast and for more money that we expected. She was very honest and upfront. ZillowVERIFIEDI met Tara during the installation of a solar system on my house. She kept in touch over the years as she changed her focus to real estate sales. This change only reinforced my impression of her work ethic and knowledge. She marketed my house with staging and a professional photographer. We had at least one showing daily. She provided great assistance to me as my wife became extremely ill during the sale perion. Tara contacted workmen for minor repairs and followed up while I was dealing with my wife. She answered my questions promptly (usually within 30 minutes) and interfaced well with all parties. Because of her skills and diligence, the house sold within 2% of my original asking price. I highly recommend using Tara to sell your property.
