About Tara Peirce

I haved lived in the Mt. Washington Valley since 1999 and have been successfully selling real estate in the area since 2015. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR(R), I owned and operated family businesses in Arkansas, was a midwife, and ran several online businesses. Customer service has been central to what I've done my entire career--and to what I do now in real estate. Buying a home is a life-changing experience and being able to guide clients through that process is meaningful.When I am not selling homes, I love to get out on the trails with Willow, my labradoodle and Odin, my GSP-Poodle. Our go-to trail to explore is Peary Mountain in Brownfield, Maine.

We sold our fathers home after he passed away. We all live in New Jersey and Tara made it very easy for us to get all the inquired inspections and open houses/home showings without our even being there. Her help was greatly appreciated, and she was very responsive and efficient. The home sold within two weeks at over asking price. We were very pleased and definitely recommend Badger Realty.
