Very quickly, she showed us a couple of homes via video tour and the second try met all of our specifications. Tara immediately negotiated for us with the seller?s agent and we agreed on a price. Because we had to sell our home in California before purchasing in Washington and were not able to get to Lacey before the purchase, Tara helped protect us by putting appropriate contingencies in place. She also acted in our stead in other key ways, i.e., accompanying the inspector we hired, patiently explaining all the necessary forms and documents, etc., easing our minds at every step of the way. All went fast and smooth on the Washington side, and even though the California sale was fraught with obstacles, Tara was consistently patient and reassuring. Whoever is lucky enough to have Tara as their guide through the real estate market is fortunate indeed.
