Five stars isnt enough. We had a great experience with Tara selling our house. She exercised, in her words, aEURoeinfinite patienceaEUR? while we took many months to find where we were moving to. She checked in periodically, but didnt push us. She waited until we were ready. Then she moved into high gear, getting the paperwork done quickly and correctly, helping us plan the staging room by room, introducing us to excellent contractors for paint, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, photography, etc. She often pitched in herself helping us triage all of our stuff, carrying boxes, painting, taking out the trash, making runs to GoodWill or whatever else needed to be done. When we ran into problems (termites, frozen heat pump, etc) she was always ready with a solution, and followed it through to successful completion. Selling a house is a stressful project, which needs to be well managed. Tara is a consummate project manager. And she clearly enjoys every minute of it. We highly recommend Tara Lowe.
