Tanya helped sell 3 properties. One was flawless. The 2nd involved a subdivision and closure of the courthouse for covid 19, and Tanya suffered thru the forced delays with us. The 3rd involved dealing with poor communications with the buyers agent and a confused and perhaps inexperienced closing agent resulting in frequent delays and postponed closings. Tanya did her best to work thru these issues leading us to conclusion.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

The type of loan you are working with makes all of the difference in what you can choose from in homes. The good ones go fast!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price within 5% of your market value. It will help you in three ways. If you are close you will sell more quickly, chances are you will get some or all of the extra 5%, you need to make a little negotiation space to help buyers with seller assist if they need it.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have been doing this for 23 years. I have worked with all kinds of clients.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I am fond of so many. I am always thrilled to have someone that really appreciates my advice. I have worked very hard for 23 years and feel like I am really able to help make the best transaction possible.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

When I moved here in 2000 I bought my first house and it was a disaster. Our agent was brand new and the listing agent was less than honest. I said right then that I was going to be a Realtor because if that was my competition I could excel at he job. I was selling over 5 million in 3 years. I have since become one of the highest selling single agents in the area and the number 1 selling agent, including teams, in my home town of Washington, PA.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have the Realtor tag and hours and hours of continuing education over the years. Although my education is extensive I firmly believe you can't beat 23 years of experience and 100's of properties sold. I remember my first year in real estate when about half of my deals fell apart. Now it is a rare occasion for me to have something go wrong that can't be fixed. I really love my job and know that my help makes transactions happen. I am a 5 year Army Veteran as well.
