Tanya brokered property based on unconfirmed and inaccurate information, that she assured was verified and true. As such, I purchased a smaller tract of land than intended. Tanya initially tried to rectify the situation, but when the selling agent pointed out her responsibility to ensure that I had all of the correct data prior to closing (particularly as an out-of-state buyer), Tanya stopped answering calls and messages.
