What can I say about Tanika that has not already been said by others!! This year we not only used Tanika to sell our Renata property in Baltimore but we also used her to to sell our primary residence in Laurel. Baltimore was a toss up as far as we were concerned but Tanika had the confidence and strategy and we were able to persevere through a tough buyer. We were only on the market for 11 days before we had a offer. The buyer was very demanding and I was ready to walk away from the deal but with her guidance we were able to come to an agreement acceptable for all parties. No surprises at closing everything was went smoothly closed on time. Selling our Primary was even quicker.
