I can't say enough wonderful things about our realtor Tania! During the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home she had all the really important qualities in a realtor. She is professional and communicated well during the whole process, and negotiated a great deal on our home as well as made sure we were protected in the sale of our home so we didn't end up without a home if our purchase fell through. She knows how to write a contract that benefits you on a sale or purchase. She also thinks outside of the box and get creative and had she not had that experience that comes along with being a seasoned realtor I never would have been able to get the dream home on property that we purchased!!!! There truly isn't enough space to say all the amazing things about our realtor Tania. We bought our first house in Ellenton and she kept her pulse on the closing the whole time. We realized after close that the process went smoothly because of all her behind the scenes work! We could have had major issues with the first lender we picked and thankfully she had someone better to send us to that saved the deal in the middle of the contract negotiation because the other lender inappropriately approved us for a dollar amount 25k above what we should have gotten for that type of loan. Most importantly she's ethical - she points out things about a house even if it means she could be losing money. I truly felt like I was in the best hands possible with her on our side.
