Related sales documentation throughout the process was organized, clear, and efficiently completed via electronic means. Minor repair needs discovered after the buyers home inspection were assigned to and quickly resolved by contractors who are part of Tammys network. The Home Inspector had questions about the operation of a new gas range in the kitchen and indicated it would need professional equipment manufacturer repairs. Tammys husband Scott, part of the team, personally checked the range, assessed it was inspector unfamiliarity with the range, video taped its proper operation, send the video to the inspector, clearing the discrepancy and saving valuable time.
