Despite being based all the way out in Mchenry and Kane counties she was more than happy to come out all the way to Boone county and assist us. She was amazing. She always responded to us almost immediately. She had explained the whole process to us and made sure we were comfortable with any decisions we made being we had never gone through purchasing a home before. She was very patient with us going through all the what felt like hundreds of homes due to the crazy market. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into buying any home. She was very personable and made looking at houses a fun time despite seeing so many. She had also showed great knowledge of the market and all of her recommendations were very helpful and insightful on how we could better find something in this turbulent market. Her top priority was making sure we found the right house for us. All in all she made the experience a breeze and was all around amazing throughout.
