Our experience with Tammy was nothing less than phenomenal. She is wonderfully professional but also very personable and enjoyable to work with. A couple of months ago my mother moved into an assisted living community and we needed to sell her mobile home located in Milton-Freewater Oregon. Several people recommended that I sell it myself. But living 4 hours away in Portland, I was not familiar with the market, the process of selling a mobile home and I wasnt interested in showing it myself. Instead, I decided to find a professional realtor to assist me with the process, secure some solid comps, show the home to prospective buyers, and lastly to ensure that everything was done efficiently, correctly and completely. I searched several internet sites and found the names of only 3 realtors who sold mobile homes in that area. After emailing each of the names, Tammy responded immediately. I never heard from the other two. After a brief phone call with Tammy, I knew she was the realtor for us and we made an appointment to meet. Tammy showed up promptly with the paperwork, a few comps from the area and she educated me on the process and the market. During that meeting, she also took photos of our home and yard, and much to my surprise she built those into a new listing that same day. I later took a few more pictures when the light was more complimentary to our home, and she added those to the listing as quickly as I sent them to her. In just a few days we had three good offers. We reviewed each and my mother selected the one that was not far off our asking price. Although we might have gotten a little more if we held out, my mother really just wanted to sell her home and move on with her new chapter. The buyer soon became extremely challenging but Tammy remained professional and objective as she updated me on any issues or concerns. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions regardless of the time of day, or the day of the week. Now that the sale is final we are thankful and relieved but we are also grateful that Tammy was the individual who assisted us. In addition to being a wonderful Realtor, she is also a humorous, warm and caring person who remained sensitive to the concerns of an elderly woman selling the home that she treasured for 40 years- priceless!
