ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I met Tammy when we came to visit Colorado Springs last year. She originally was working with the in-laws to help them buy a home here as we were coming to town as renters until we were ready to buy a home. Tammy was wonderful at sending the in laws homes that we would look at on their behalf! Everything was going according to plan until this May. We received notification that our landlord was selling the home we were renting and we had 60 days to get out. To say we were absolutely panic stricken was an understatement. I immediately called Tammy to tell her what happened in hopes she had a solution!! She did!! We immediately began our approval process for a home loan (something I didnt even think we would qualify for!) and we were pleasantly surprised when we found out just a day later what we qualified for in a home loan. Whats started off as sheer panic became something we actually looked forward to, becoming homeowners! Tammy told us that she would help us find our perfect home and we werent going to settle for anything less than our dream home. We started shopping right away and Tammy got us in to see every home we thought looked good. We walked into one home, and knew it was the one! She was able to write our loan documents to really show us as a competitive buyer, and was working on making everything perfect well into the night! She said shes available all day every day and she definitely proved it! We actually were in the middle of touring another home (always making sure we had a back up!) as we got the notification that our offer was accepted!!! She got to celebrate with us! She continued to be so helpful through the entire process as I had no idea the work that went into buying a home. Her entire team was excellent in keeping us in the loop, always there to answer questions, and tell us how the time line was looking. We ended up closing a week early! Woo hoo! We recently moved in and wish we could buy again because she was just so great to work with! She is currently working with the in-laws as they are getting ready to close on their home too!! We all highly recommend Tammy! Shes kind, understanding, yet tough at the negotiation table and will do everything she can for you! Thank you again Tammy!
