Tammy Jeffers

Tammy Jeffers is a Nashville native that believes in Music City and is laying out the red carpet for each and every one of her clients. Ranked in the top 1% of Middle Tennessee REALTORS(R), it comes as no surprise she has done well over 100 million dollars in volume during her career as a REALTOR(R). She has also received numerous awards, certificates, and designations for her outstanding work in real estate and is recognized as an industry leader. After graduating high school, Tammy went on to get her Masters in Divinity/ Leadership at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. From there she went on to be a Kindergarten teacher and a Teen Challenge Educational Supervisor. In 2005, after moving back to Nashville, she took a position as an assistant with a REALTOR(R) and was able to assist families throughout the transactions. However, she soon realized she wouldn't be satisfied with being an assistant and pushed forward to get her license in 2007. In 2015, she formed the Jeffers Team with the understanding that their clients need an advocate, not a salesperson. For the last 4 years, she found herself at Benchmark Realty. Here, she received new tools that allowed her to take her career even further and experience greater influence from their leadership. She is constantly growing and learning and pivoting to accommodate her clients and the market demands. Tammy's passion for helping others in whatever circumstance they are in blossoms through her love for understanding and navigating the market in her client's favor. Her intense negotiation skills let her stand up for whatever her client wants or needs. She handles all her transactions with honesty and integrity which allows her clients to have the most stress-free experience possible. After the paperwork is signed, handing over the keys to them is what she finds the most rewarding. Tammy speaks with love as she shares how she and her husband David have four amazing children (Patrick, Madison, and their twins, Andrew and Abigail) and now are watching them thrive in their careers and focus on their futures. Smiling, Tammy describes how the six of them are very close and enjoy getting together on Sundays for church, football, and family dinners. The family also includes their two mini golden doodles, Zoe and Winston. How we succeed in life, is determined by the support we receive from those whom we surround ourselves with. Something you may not know about Tammy is she was adopted and believes that without the positive atmosphere she was placed in, she wouldn't be where she is today. That concrete belief is why she shares the advice to up-and-coming REALTORS(R) to join a team when getting started. This way, you can learn the ropes from others that already have a solid knowledge base. Tammy believes, "Success is ever-changing and a constant phase of your journey. With success comes periods of growth and change. Without growth, you remain stuck and not completing the work to get you to the next level." For Tammy, real estate is more than a job or title, it is a calling. "I will never retire; when you do something you love, it doesn't feel like work." She has built a strong business by giving it her ALL, referrals are truly the heart of her business. She quickly turns her clients into friends.
