Sara was great to work with to sell our existing home and in buying our new home. She set clear expectations and motivated us to move quickly to prepare our house for sale. She listed the house quickly and used social media outlets to broadly market the listing. It paid off as the house sold in two days! Sara was also a calming influence when things got hectic during inspections and contract negotiations on both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new. Our inspector even commended Sara for going above and beyond when there were issues getting the proper septic system documentation on the new house. Overall, Sara was easy to work with, never pushy, on top of all the details, always available, and very responsive! We would recommend Sara for buying or selling to all!
