Ray helped us sell our Florida home in 2020 and his expertise as well as his responsiveness exceeded our expectations. When we recently decided to search for a new Florida property, we had some email issues in reaching Ray. Not his fault or our fault it just somehow ended in junk files because of the 4 years that had passed. We did look at a couple of properties during a Spring visit but the follow up was not consistent and then things got confusing with changes in realtors. On a subsequent visit this Summer, we were there for R&R and by chance we decided to attend an open house in an area that we had some interest in. We were amazed when we walked in and Ray greeted us, it was almost like a divine encounter. We re-kindled our friendship and moved forward in searching for a new Florida home. Ultimately, with Ray's help and expertise we secured a new place to call home while in Florida in the same area where our chance encounter occurred! Ray was there every step of the way and we couldn't have asked for better, over the top service. We would highly recommend Ray if you're buying or selling. He served us well in both opportunities!

We met Ray at two Open Houses. He gave us a unique set of listings that matched our budget and housing needs. He made certain we were aware of considerations for particular properties based their age. We were able to find a home that checked off every box and he guided us through the offer process quickly and successfully. He referred us to a local mortgage company. They were as knowledgeable and efficient as Ray and we could have closed even earlier than we did. Ray is honest. That can be a rare trait these days. You wont regret working with him.
