When we recently decided to search for a new Florida property, we had some email issues in reaching Ray. Not his fault or our fault it just somehow ended in junk files because of the 4 years that had passed. We did look at a couple of properties during a Spring visit but the follow up was not consistent and then things got confusing with changes in realtors. On a subsequent visit this Summer, we were there for R&R and by chance we decided to attend an open house in an area that we had some interest in. We were amazed when we walked in and Ray greeted us, it was almost like a divine encounter. We re-kindled our friendship and moved forward in searching for a new Florida home.
