About Tammy Chavers

Tammy Chavers is a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Properties and has been since 2004. Tammy enjoys helping buyers relocate to the Montgomery and tri-county areas and is instrumental in the homebuying process from start to finish with researching and showing homes, the home inspection phase, assisting with mortgage needs and closing the sale. Tammy also lists homes for sale throughout the tri-county area and enjoys helping sellers put a "SOLD" sign in their yard. Tammy is a proud recipient of the "100% Club" given by RE/MAX Dixie Region for million dollar sales. She has received this recognition for the last four years. In 2009, Tammy was in the "Overall Top 100 Associates in Alabama." Tammy enjoys playing golf and entertaining with her ventriloquist friends. Tammy has been a ventriloquist for over 30 years. She and her childhood friends, Timmy and Charlie, perform for the Christian ministry, the mentally handicapped, children's events and many civic events and non-for-profit organizations. Tammy also enjoys giving back to the community. She is involved with the Children's Hospital and enjoys performing for the children there as well as supporting this worthy cause by giving proceeds from her sales commissions. Tammy is married to Scott Chavers of Montgomery who is a mortgage loan officer with BankTrust. Scott has an 18 year-old son, Parker, that Tammy loves dearly. Tammy has two dogs, Doc and Boomer.
