Tammy and her team is super professional. I've been working with her for more than 7 years. She helped me rent out my house for couple of times and sell my house. I can't say enough about Tammy and her team!!!! Tammy is a go-getter!!! The first time I spoke to her and asked her what separates her from the rest, she explained her team and that having them do all the "other things" freed her up to sell. She was right, and sell she did!!! The house she sold was on the market for nearly a year. She sold it in a few months, and the process was fast, and her team did an excellent job in relaying information, faxing documents, and providing assurance throughout the entire process. All questions were answered in a speedy fashion. I see a review stating the folks lost money due to Tammy and the Capozzi team, but in reality we all have a responsibility to oversee all aspects of selling our homes and with their "all hands on deck" approach, there is every opportunity for the sellers to add input, voice an opinion, and flat out say "no" to anything not agreed upon. I cannot thank enough Tammy, Mike, Sarah, Terry, and everyone of her staff who helped along the way. This is a complete "One stop realty team"who does it all, giving the seller complete peace of mind!!!!

Tammy and Mike did a great job selling us on using them to sell our house. However, they missed the mark on choosing the sale price, which cost us a little time in getting offers. What gives her the 3 star rating is the fact that their staff made a bunch of mistakes which in the end cost us thousands of dollars out of pocket. Tammy and Mike failed to take responsibility for the mistakes that they made. They tried to blame everyone but themselves.
