Tammie was a godsend for my mother when she needed to sell. I feel she went above and beyond what was necessary for the sale of this house. She was compassionate and understanding and above all patient with my mother who was reluctant to sell, but clearly needed to. She did everything she could to make my mom feel comfortable with the sale and did her best to make sure that she got the price that she deserved.

When I decided to sell my rental property, I was extremely fortunate to have found Tammie. From the onset, she was very prompt with responses and always had an answer to my abundance of questions. She was very knowledgeable of the local area, not only recommending a price to sell, but also explaining - very clearly - why. I found this to be very comforting and professional of her. In the end, I decided to pull my listing for personal reasons. I expected some disappointment, as most realtors I believe would have been, however Tammie handled it very professionally and courteously.
