M.G. is an awesome realtor and an even better man! He works hard to find you the property you want and is very honest about the properties you look at it. He doesnt gloss over any issues you may find in the house just in order to make a sale. He doesn't want you to buy a property that he wouldn't want to buy himself. He is very easy to get a hold of whenever you need him. He is very knowledgeable about the properties in the Campbell County area. We love M.G. and would definitely choose him as our realtor again for any future property sales & purchases.

Purchased a property in 2019 & 2022. M.G. is very knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods and what to watch out for, settling issues, radon ect. He has a solution to every problem and/or a contact that he can refer you to. Any question that arose he had an answer, usually within minutes. Knows the market well and can tell if a house is over or under priced and what to expect when negotiation the contract.

I thought about what to write for this review for a while. I wanted to make sure I captured all of the time and effort that M.G. put into helping us. I wanted to express how insightful he was and how he followed through with every single promise. I can't put all of that information into this review because it would get too lengthy, but I can tell you this; M.G. is a straight shooter that does great work and will look out for you. Period. If you go with someone else, you won't be guaranteed the best. M.G. is the best.
