Abby Dailey helped me acquire my home in Dogtown. The market in that area is hot, has been hot and will remain hot. I could not have acquired this home without Abby. Here is the value she brought me: 1). A high level of ethics. Abby never once was "pushy" to get a sale. She wanted me to be comfortable and make a purchase that would make me happy and be a good investment. 2). Urgency. Abby was constantly willing to jump at an opportunity (essential if you want to buy a home in Dogtown). I called Abby when I found the home that I ended up buying. It had been on the market for 3 hours. I called Abby and within 30 minutes we were both there. Within 6 hours we put an offer down. 3). Education. This is the first home I have purchased. To buy a home you need to understand the market and what it takes to close. Abby understands both. She educated me on the process, the market, and helped me see the investment value of a home based on location. 4). Future. I intend to buy more homes in the future. Those acquisitions will be through Abby. 5). Attitude. Both my financing agent and I agreed that Abby was a shark in the market and thats what it takes to buy a home in a desirable area.

I really lucked out when I got matched up with Abby (by Zillow.com) to help me find a new home in Illinois. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the St. Louis area and suburbs. She helped me to find great houses to view and was able to give me information about the neighborhoods, home values, and amenities. When the inspector found issues, she did a great job working with the Seller to get them resolved. She was always extremely responsive to my texts and emails. Thanks to her help, I now have a new home! Plus, she even had contacts for contractors for additional work (roof, fencing, landscaping) that I plan to do after I move.
