It was a pleasure partnering with Tami Brown for the sale of our house. We first met with Tami in an initial meeting set up by her to go over what we would like to receive from the sale of our home. Tami is very friendly, personable, and very easy to work with. Tami through her experiences and contractor connections made valuable suggestions and gave options to prepare our house for sale without forcing any of her ideas on us. Tami is very aggressive (though welcomed) in her methods to push our house to market, and carefully guided us through the process, but the ultimate decision was ours. Throughout the process Tami constantly communicated through texts, emails, and voice calls to give status open houses, market conditions, and how we should adjust our strategy to move our house to sale. Toward the end of our sale and closing process when we needed a title search, Tami took it upon herself to relieve us of the responsibility of locating title documents and effectively located the title company and the title document that the title company required before closing could be validated. This was simply outstanding and stellar serviceaEUR|5-star. Without hesitation, we would secure Tamis real estate services again.

Mrs. Tami has and will exceed all your expectations. She explains everything in the process very well so that I was able to understand all of the buyers paperwork. She communicates very well and is very responsive in getting back to me with any updates or changes that need to be made. She simply just gets the job done. I never had to guess or wonder whats going on through the process she kept me informed throughout the whole buying process. Overall shes a joy to work with and I wouldnt recommend any other realtor. Another thing she provided for me were other resources that I didnt have personal contacts for such as an inspector and a contractor to do some repairs/remodeling after I closed on my new home.

I highly recommend Tami Brown if you are in need of a real estate agent!! I had moved out of state and still owned a townhouse in Owings Mills, MD that I needed to sell. When I first spoke to Tami, I knew she was going to be my agent. She responded quickly to my inquiry and I loved her personality. She was friendly but professional and most importantly she was a straight shooter. Tami gave me all the information I needed which made me move to the next step of meeting with her in person. It was difficult for me to get back to MD on short notice, but Tami worked with me to be available when I was able to be in town. Meeting her in person solidified my decision to choose her. She provided me with a folder about my property that included comps, as well as recommended list pricing and estimated proceeds. Another great asset with Tami is that she offers concierge service. She has a contracting team that can do the smallest changes to whole house remodels. This was something that was important to me because I couldn't be there to find contractors and supervise their work. Tami coordinated any work that needed to be done and the whole process went very smoothly. I even coordinated with the title company to sign my paperwork in my home out of state. I didn't have to make the trip back to MD the day before Thanksgiving to close. ?? If I could give Tami 20 stars I would. She is the definition of personality, professionalism and customer service.
