Tameka Rogers came to me highly recommended by a dear friend who was very pleased with her and the results of her work! So, I recommended her to my sisters as we were going through the arduous & heartbreaking task of selling our recently deceased mothers home. From the first meeting, Tamekas bright light lifted us! It was the beginning of the pandemic and we werent quite ready for her, but I knew she was the one! Were older women & Tameka would check in, drop off well-made fancy masks, just cuz. It was all love! When the time came for us to start looking for a place to house the three of us, Tameka was our tireless angel! She drove all the way from L.A. to the Inland Empire and made certain the needs of all THREE of us were met in the house we found during the pandemic. This was only a home we wanted to lease, not purchase, but superwoman prevailed anyway! Believe you me, that was NOT an easy task! However, you could never tell by Tamekas cheerful demeanor! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was for us on so many levels! The sale of the home wasnt as easy as we had imagined. However, another area where Tameka excels is in home updating! Our mom lived in her home for 45 years, and though she kept it up beautifully, there was still a lot to do to bring it up to date! From the original home to what Tamekas incredibly talented interior decorating skills created, well, it was astonishingly beautiful! I know they say if a house hasnt sold in 3 months, youre not going to get the price you want for it. While we did have to lower the price a bit, we still got what we really wanted price-wise and that is thanks to Tameka! She was so creative in the updating, marketing, and selling of our home! My only regret is that Zillow doesnt give us the option of more than 5 stars! Shes gets a galaxy of stars from me! All of us sisters agree, too! Tameka has a forever place in our hearts! Id go on, but I know folks get tired of reading. You get the gist of my review! Tameka Rogers was a light through a dark tunnel for us! We are forever grateful for her expertise and Love! House went on the market on a Sunday, offer came in on Tuesday, escrow started that week. Escrow closed 30 days later. I was able to complete all of the paperwork from out of town, mostly digitally. Working with Tameka Rogers and her team was the easiest best process I could imagine. The team has excellent follow through, professionalism and industry knowledge. Selling my home was easier than scheduling my vacation! (I wish I was kidding *smile*) My home sold for more than asking and the process needed zero involvement from me. Every single part of the process was handled by Tameka and her team and handled well. I am very happy with the outcome and look forward to working with them when I purchase something new.
