My husband is an active duty marine getting close to retirement and we both had the dream of settling in Montana. Originally we wanted to buy some land and build, but unfortunately due to the rising cost of supplies we opted to just buy a house. Both is us not being from Bozeman, did not know anyone so we looked up several real estate agencies. Ashley had a ton of experience in new construction (her husband is a builder and she helps him run his business) which really drew me to choose her. From the very beginning Ashley felt like an old friend/family. She humored all of our silly questions and requests; always appeared to be smiling on the other end of the phone and was happy to help. Because of the state of the real estate market and my husbands job, we couldnt fly out to Montana every time a potential listing came up, but we trusted Ashley to steer us in the right direction. She was aggressive when she needed to be, but also did not push us to buy something just to make a sale.
