Tamara was incredible. Ive bought and sold a few homes in my day, and without a doubt this was the easiest/best experience Ive had with a broker. Tamara kept us upbeat in a market that was about as bad for buyers as Ive seen in my lifetime. She talked us out of putting in bids on homes that were way over priced or full of faults we wouldnt have seen on our own.When the right home did come onto the market, she helped us pounce without having us overpay. The negotiation is where she really shown! She helped us navigate complicated negotiation water while we were remote and traveling. She organized inspections ad nauseum (we turned the house upside down). And helped us win the home at the best value possible.I would use her again in a heartbeat. In a word, incredible.

I have worked with Tamara twice now and both times have been a great experience. She is very knowledgable in this arena and will always answer any question you may have and will always get back to you!!She first helped us buy our first condo, which we had many questions about and needed some more help given it was our first go around. She was very helpful and we ended up closing under asking price. She then helped sell that condo two years later in a much more competitive market. We had multiple offers after the first open house and she really helped navigate me through that situation. Having multiple offers is good, but also a lot to take in as the seller. It is difficult to chose the right one!With Tamara's expertise, we were able to sell our house well above asking with a free rent back while our new home was being constructed. From the beginning, Tamara was very responsive and didnt hesitate to get the ball rolling. She made great and reasonable suggestions on how to prepare the house for the market and informed us in detail about the current market, what services she would offer, and what we could do ourselves to prepare our house for sale. We ended up listing the house a month later than expected. Tamara checked in with us politely, but was understanding and never put pressure on us.
