We cannot recommend Tamara enough. We would not have made it through the process without her expertise. From the very beginning she understood what we wanted and tailored her recommendations to meet those needs. We ended up choosing to have a home built which is a trying process in itself but we added to the stress by not being local and not being able to visit the area more than twice before closing. Everything was done remotely and Tamara excelled at being our person on the ground to represent our best interest. She has the diplomacy skills and tenacity to make sure the client gets what they desire and deserve. She is a great communicator and always follows up on everything ever asked of her. Even a month after closing she has checked up on us and any outstanding issues we had which were not at all her problem. Bottom line is that Tamara gives outstanding service and we will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know.
