I found her to be very responsive, knowledgeable, well connected and super professional. In starting the process, her knowledge of market pricing helped us establish a good starting price. We received four offers within the first day or two that the house was on the market. Stated slightly differently, the market price that was established (with Tamara's help) created a nice balance between our desire to get a good price and the buyers who were looking for a good value. After the house inspections when it was time to do some repairs, Tamara was also super helpful with introductions to qualified people who could help us with repairs, which was enormously useful.
