I realize that everything is done by PC and mobile phone nowadays but I don't understand how anyone would make the difficult decision of buying or selling real estate without an agent. Tamara was very impressive with the constant leads on houses to look at. Tamara is very experienced and professional. We used her while shopping for a for house 18 years ago in 2000. She specializes in helping veterans, which I am, and the purchase process for our selected house went smoothly. Now, in 2018, we are retiring and chose to use Tamara again. She visited us and made several upgrade recommendations which we accomplished. Because we had the interior repainted and the flooring replaced, we chose to totally evacuate the house and move into an apartment. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise because our house sold quickly due in part, according to Tamara, it was "move-in ready."
