Tali came out and walked through the property and advised what it should be listed at according to market value. She took several photos and the property was listed the next day. We were under contract less than two weeks from the date the property was listed and closed withn 40 days. She was spot on with the listing price. Tali is extremely professional and is able to handle attorneys, buyers, title companies and sellers with ease. She is in constant contact with all parties involved and will do everything in her power to get the transaction closed for her client.
