The is no one who will work harder for you than Tal. We used him while my wife was pregnant a few years back, and he was the most accommodating someone could be to a couple who works opposite schedules. Then, he just helped us sell, and buy a new home, and was as patient as could be helping us find a perfect home for us!

I can not say enough good things about Tal. I had a previous experience with a realtor that I thought was fine. After spending most of the year looking at houses, making offers and loosing out we took stock and decided to mix things up. Talking to Tal for 20 min was more informing on the house buying process than the previous 9 months. Tal took the time to understand what our needs were, previous experience we had, and identified our huge knowledge gaps in the process. He?s able to explain every step in detail and always available to answer questions. You can see online the impressive numbers he is putting up for closings. I have to admit I wondered how much of a priority I would be. We were not all cash or had gap coverage of 20% so I figured I would get pawned off. Nope, All Tal all the time. Not once did I ever think he is working for any other buyer or seller - hes very responsive and dependable. When it came time to make an offer Tal was extremely helpful in determining offer price we were comfortable with and tailoring the deal for us. He clearly loves negotiation and I really felt like he was out to get the best deal using all the skills he has. There is one negative that I do have to say. Because Tal was so amazing our time working with him was too short. When we closed, I was so happy but I also felt a little sadness. I know this sound cheesy but I knew I was going to miss the excitement the home buying process had brought me from working with such an amazing realtor. Do yourself a favor and call Tal.
