What a journey the home buying experience was for us, but Tad was the consummate professional the entire time. Because of certain criteria we had, it was a long 8 months of searching, getting our hopes up, only to be let down, but Tad was always there with a word of encouragement and a new listing. We wanted acreage with our home; Tad would walk every single acre with us that the land would allow. He always answered our myriad of questions that arose and reminded us how things worked in the real estate world.
