Tabitha Cleveland is everything we wanted in a real estate agent and more. Our first experience with Tabitha was when she presented during the first time homebuyers course we took at Home Headquarters in the summer of 2019. We so so impressed with her presentation we decided that when we were ready to buy she would be the agent we were going to use. Due to unforseen circumstances we found ourselves needing to find a place to live in the middle of a pandemic. My husband and I were overwhelmed with the prospect of being first time homebuyers during Covid. We decided to call Tabitha. We expressed our concerns and she walked us through the whole process. Amazing woman. Very dedicated to her job 24/7. Always answered my texts and emails promptly. She had to coax me into selling during the shutdown. She kept telling me there were buyers when I thought it would take months to sell my home. She was right! I sold my house in one day to the first buyer for full price!
