If I could, I would probably write a novel about my remarkable journey with Colt! As first time home buyers in an insane market, with a VA loan, my fiancA(C) and I presented quite the challenge.Ive often heard how stressful and unpleasant buying a home can be. That was not the case for us, and I attribute a lot of our stress-free home buying experience to Colt. In fact, not only did he make it stress-free, he made the process so enjoyable and exciting. He taught us how to weed out houses, how to fall in love with them, how to be realistic and grounded, how to understand all the jargon involved with loans, and how to fight for what we want. It could have been such a different experience, but it wasnt, because we had someone on our side who genuinely cares about his clients. A lot of realtors may give you the feeling like you should settle for a home after looking for a long time. Or you should lower your expectations and accept something you dont love.
