ZillowVERIFIEDIt's very difficult to summarize the value of Syndi's services in a short review, but I'll do my best. Simply put, this was one of the most satisfactory business transactions I have ever been a part of, and it was due almost entirely to Syndi's efforts. When we were considering selling our home, she accurately broke down the market dynamics and was spot-on in telling us when the peak time to sell was. Oh, and brought us an offer almost 5% over asking price. With my wife 5 months pregnant, she then spent countless Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings in a 10-week span showing us any number of places. She looked up expired listings to see if owners might have interest in selling. She attempted to bargain creatively with sellers when she sensed an opening. She showed us places that weren't on the market. She took every phone call and beat every bush. When my wife and I found the place we wanted to purchase, she knew the market and allowed us to quickly sew up a deal for below asking price.My wife and I were far, far from Syndi's most lucrative clients. But from late June to early October, not a day went by when we didn't feel like her most important clients.
