Sylvio is AMAZING! He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients! Helping set & stage the house, what we need to do to get it sold asap and will host as many open houses as he possibly can. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

The best advice any real estate professional can give to a someone trying to buy a home is to be pre approved for their loan! HOWEVER! 50% of home buyers tend to go with the first quote they are given. It pays to shop and it could save you thousands!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

For my clients trying to sell their home I tell them that TIMING is everything! Selling at the right time and knowing when to sell can net my clients the most amount of money! Call me today to get started!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with a very wide spectrum of clients weather they be locals or coming from out of state. I work with investors, military, restaurant workers, and everyone in between.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently had the privilege to help a military couple sell their home to another military couple. I was able to sell the house over asking price and close the property earlier than what we intentionally had planned. The new buyers had a baby the day of closing and were able to move into their clean and ready home! I am very fortunate to work with them! I am forever grateful for the relationships I build with real estate!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

The one thing that has put me on top of the list is being able to make negotiations on both sides of the table with multiple languages. I'm fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English!
