Look no further for your next realty team! This whole team is amazing from realtors Sylvie and Kevin to their assistant Cara, and every detail is attended to. After living in Flagstaff for over 50 years, I was in the market for a realtor team who could see the unique qualities of a home my mother lived in for 40 years. Sylvie and Kevin were recommended to me by a close friend who had used them for two successful real estate experiences. They were eager to take on the challenge and help me tackle this from 140 miles away. In my initial interview with them, they asked all the right questions to gain a feel for the personality of the home and its neighborhood. They also visited the home a number of times to make sure it was prepared for showing. Knowing the desirability of the area, they devised a plan for selling the home that made it appealing to the more than 50 people who toured the home the initial weekend it was on MLS. They were able to deftly handle the multiple offers for the home and make sure the details of the contract were adhered to. The home closed approximately four weeks after it went on the market. My husband and I used Kevin for the purchase of our recent investment home in Williams, Arizona.
