Wow, where to begin. Sylvia contacted us over a year ago when we had no thought of selling our house. Once we discussed our situation at the time she provided us recommendations for not selling our house but instead renting it! She over time became an advisor and not a realtor. Sylvia built trust long before we knew it was time to think about selling. Sylvia was always professional over pushy. We could tell she cared about us and our situation.
