Sydney Starkey is one of the best real estate agents i could have asked for. From helping me actually move in, going to 100 last minute showings, sticking with me through all of my indecisiveness, & providing guidance throughout the entire process. Sydney has been working with our company at One Thirteen Restaurant for a couple years and during her time with us, she has shown exemplary behavior in her work ethics. I had the pleasure of working alongside Sydney for almost 2 years. Throughout that time she played many roles for the restaurant. When she was serving, she was looked at as a lead server. This is because of her hard work ethic, ability to multitask, great communication skills with customers, and attentiveness to the needs of the restaurant. Shortly after she was promoted to bartender. This is where I saw her flourish. Her positive energy & inclusiveness made all of her customers fall in love with the place. Working with Sydney previously in the restaurant industry it can be pretty stressful frequently, but she does a great job at multitasking and managing her time efficiently. Also pertaining to working in an environment that always requires to be in a positive mood, Sydney always manages to put a smile on whoever she's talking to. Sydney proved to all of her peers and I that she is a hard worker and genuine person.

Sydney is the epitome of excellence in the work place. She always came to work with an energy only she could create. She made the restaurant a vibrant and fun environment to work in. She also excelled at connecting with guests, and also co-workers, on a personal level. I was always thrilled when Sydney was on the schedule because I knew she was a reliable co-worker who would not only take care of her duties, but also help others in any way she could.

Sydney is friendly, authentic, & one of the most helpful people I know. She would do anything for anyone. We worked together for about a year and the restaurant misses her dearly. I could speak for the entire restaurant and safely say that she is one of the best and loyal employees we have had. Anyone would be honored to have her as their real estate agent/friend!

My husband and I have only praise for the work Sydney Starkey did in order for us to sell our home in Loranger, Louisiana. We put our home on the market in June 2021, and by August, we had a family who wanted to buy our home. However, parts of Southeast Louisiana suffered from Hurricane Ida, which caused significant damage to homes, but more so to the trees in the area. We were fortunate to have no damage to our home. However, the hurricane meant a delay in getting our inspections completed as well as closing on our home. Sydney continually kept up with getting the inspections done and keeping us updated on everything we needed to do. She worked tirelessly to make the sale happen for my husband and me, so the family buying the home could move in. On October 1, we closed on the sale of our home, and if we need to sell again in the future, Sydney Starkey will be the realtor we go to first.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience that Sydney had with me.. she was great and went way above and beyond to get us the perfect home.. Thanks so much for all you have done and for the friendship we have made..
