I received word from my landlord i had to be out of my rental within 2 months, I contacted Sydney for help. She not only set me up with options in my neighborhood, but gave me web site info so I could look on line. She was able to lead me through the process every step of the way, from the qualification process, to the search, to dealing with the lender, finding out my responsibilities, negotiating the sale, she led me by the hand making everything easy to deal with. Because of her negotiating I was able to get my house at a lower price than the seller had wanted. She also was able to secure for me a home warranty from the other realtor and due to that, I was able to get my air conditioner repaired as well as a new refrigerator. It took a month of moving furniture and boxes of household goods, so i did not have time to get the yard mowed and look nice. Sydney took care of that for me. She had some of her people come over to my house and cut the grass for me. Prior to closing, at the last walk through, she went out of her way to measure the lot. She found that I still had property beyond the fence line in the back. Evan now that I have been in the house for 5 months she still has time to answer questions or concerns that I have. Sydney is a very caring person and will work tirelessly to take care of a clients needs.
