We put our house on the market the weekend of Mothers day. John was the first person I spoke to and he was very easy going, informative and helpful. He assisted me with how to fill the documents out correctly and explained everything. I started speaking with Suzanne when we started talking about pricing, etc. There is a third partner but I didnt actually speak to him, we might have texted. There was a flurry of texts going on. The pandemic changed a lot of the process for preparing, listing and showing the house. I sent a lot of pictures then implemented their suggestions regarding furniture, etc. The visual presentation of the house was great. I fell in love with my own house based on the video and pictures. I do think their suggestions enhanced the showing of the house. We let potential buyers in the house, provided footies (John provided a basket for used ones), and answered any questions. The agents were not allowed to go into the homes with their clients. This required us to have them go in before or after. The first weekend was crazy busy and we had 5 offers by Sunday. Suzanne told them to have the best offer by Monday. John and Suzanne both have pleasant personalities and are easy to work with; they will listen to your ideas and suggestions. John also did a last minute notarization for me. There were a few hiccups along the way and each time Suzanne worked to resolve them. She is well connected in the industry and Peekskill and that was very beneficial for us. I would recommend you list with them if you are selling your house.

Suzanne was great. She had great advice for us on how to get the house ready for sale, had great photos taken, gave us referrals for work we needed done -- she helped with everything. The system she used for coordinating showings was very convenient. She was very responsive but never pushy. She pushed hard against the city when they gave us the runaround. We moved out of the area before closing the sale and she was a big help in coordinating all the last minute to-do items before the actual closing. I would work with her again if I still lived in the area.
