ZillowVERIFIEDSuzanne helped my significant other and I buy our first home! It was our first time going through the process and Suzanne led us every step of the way. She explained everything, gave us helpful and HONEST feedback on properties and most of all cared about finding something for us that was the right fit and what we wanted. I truly cant recommend her enough, Ive already referred her to 2 of my friends and we only closed 1 week ago.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne was truly the best at helping us find our dream home. Moving to jersey, we were unfamiliar with where we wanted to settle down and create a family. She was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best advice. Experiencing a death of the seller and many push backs to closing on our home, Suzanne was on top of everything, very communicative, and was able to get us in our home in a timely manner. We could not appreciate all her hard work more. Truly would recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I have retained the services of Mrs. Shaheen on several occasions, to buy investment properties, buy my new personal home and sell my former personal home. Mrs. Shaheen was a consummate professional. She was able to sell one of my investment properties within 4 days and sold my personal home within 7 days. Mrs. Shaheen also assisted my wife and I in negotiating and ultimately buying our dream home. Not only is Mrs. Shaheen extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate market but also provides outstanding customer service. I have referred Mrs. Shaheen to many of my family and friends and she would be my first choice to help me with my future real estate endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne helped my family buy and sell a home over the summer and she was phenomenal through the process. It took us a while to find the right home, along with several offers we lost initially. Once we listened to her logic and advice on properly making an offer in the competitive market this Summer,we were able to win on a home that will be ours forever. She was such a blessing in this process and we are forever grateful to have found her.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Suzanne as our realtor was a great experience. Suzanne was a great negotiator for buying our new home and selling our previous home. Suzanne is always available and explained each step to us. Suzanne also referred us to some great people- for instance our home inspector and mortgage lender. I would recommend Suzanne to anyone selling/buying a home - she is an expert!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne was very helpful through the process, it didn't matter the time/day she was able to answer questions. She was also extremely organized to make sure we knew what we needed to do. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile. Suzanne went above and beyond my expectations. She even came to closing to be sure it went off without issues. I can't thank her enough for her commitment and loyalty. Highly recommended!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne goes the distance and then some! Sadly our property was a very emotional estate sale after the sudden loss of a love one. Our 1st meeting with Suzanne we sat in a mountain of physical and emotional "STUFF"! Our minds were immediately relieved once she shared her arsenal of vendors to help us completely empty the house, fresh coat of paint, carpets cleaned and a move in clean that was highly complemented after every showing! Unbelievably, this all happened within 3 months!!! We were able to close that chapter of life without it dragging on and on. We're forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne is the most amazing realtor EVER!!! Suzanne goes above and beyond! I have moved 4 times in the last 7 years and she's the BEST realtor I have ever worked with and goes the extra step on everything. She really cares about the client and listens to what you want and need and becomes invested in making your housing choice as important to her as it was to me. She listens and never stops working hard for her clients. Every step of the way she was in contact and fighting on our behalf! So happy to have met her and would recommend her 100000 times again!

ZillowVERIFIED After dealing two agents in a year, finding and working with Suzanne was a breath of fresh air. I didnt know where I wanted to buy, but Suzanne helped me narrow down where I should be by asking the right questions. Now, I am 15 minutes from work and conveniently located between two excellent shopping hubs which were most important to me. When it came to home inspections and negotiations, she was on my side and got the sellers to give me a nice credit and have several items repaired. I will be recommending her to everyone who needs help.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so privileged to have found Suzanne Shaheen when we moved to New Jersey. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at homes for just a few months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for certain homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Suzanne was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We now consider Suzanne a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again for being such a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne was an amazing resource when we were selling our house. We had to move out of state and Suzanne was able to get the job done with little out of our pockets. Because of her negotiation skills, we didn't have to make any repairs to our house outside of what the township asked. She kept us informed throughout the process and connected with the buyers lenders to make sure they were on top of everything that needed to be done. She was so diligent in her work and we are thankful for that. Hands down the best agent to represent clients be it buyers or sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Most professional, dedicated person I know. Strong drive to succeed. She has an amazing personality. She also has very good taste and I truly value her opinion. She helped me search home values and comps in my area to decide whether or not this is a good time to sell my home and at what price.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne is simply...the best! We met her at an open house for the very first house we looked at. After that, she helped us navigate the overwhelming and complex real estate landscape for a number of months, showing us nearly 50 houses before finding the right one. While we changed our price point, desired location, sq ft needs, desired layout, etc week after week, she was always on top of things and adjusted her recommendations to suit our wishes. Suzanne was there to text or call back all hours of the day, made sure the seller fixed all the repairs we asked to be done after inspection, and even when we ran into issues AFTER we purchased the house, she still made sure the seller took care of those issues for us. Buying a house is probably the biggest and most stressful purchase one can make in his/her lifetime, and at no point did we feel uneasy about the process, thanks to Suzanne. She will not let you down!
