She met with us and developed a detailed plan 6 months before we even listed the house, including potential small projects we could do to increase the house value. She had a staging person come to the house and offered advice as well. Once we went live with the listing, we received an offer for the full listing price, which we accepted. In addition, Suzanne negotiated with the interested party, the sale of about half our furniture, which brought us additional money and we didnt have to move or store it.
