She honestly states her ideas regarding pricing and the current market and never criticizes the sellers ideas, even in a fluctuating market like that affected by Covid. Though fairly new to SC, she has a lot of experience in all types of real estate, and she takes pictures that show the true nature of the house without deceiving the buyer. Our house was on the market with her for only two months. Once I started to let Sue take charge we had an offer the next day.
