About Susie Pratt

"Susie wholeheartedly believes that clear and consistent communication with buyers and sellers is the key to any successful real estate transaction" Susie's always been a people person, raised in Northern Westchester, her family has owned and operated "Peter Pratt's Inn" in Yorktown Heights since 1965. Susie is still very much connected with her roots and credits her early years working at her family's restaurant to be training ground for what would be a diverse and richly fulfilling 30 year career working on daytime television. After many years as a working actress in Los Angeles, then ten years living and working on television in New York City, Susie and her husband made the move to Northern Westchester in 1991 to raise their three children in the Pound Ridge and Bedford area. Inspired by the seamless transaction of selling their starter home, Susie became a licensed real estate salesperson in 1996, this began a new and exciting chapter in her life. Susie soon discovered how much she loves bringing people and the right property together; the process of finding that "perfect match" is what motivates her. Whatever your real estate needs are, Susie will work hard for you and patiently take you through the process. This is something she is passionate about and has thoroughly enjoyed doing with hundreds of people in her 20+ year career of service to the real estate buying and selling public.
