Susie Branco Zinn is an AWESOME real estate agent. Three other family members have used her as their agent. What sets Susie apart from so many is her drive and unbelievable knowledge. Her experience is why we have the beautiful (dream) forever home that we have now. She was able to navigate a competitive market and work magic for a head-spinning closing turnaround that was attractive to the seller (and helpful for us). She took our wants and needs into consideration and we looked at different houses. It didn't take long before we found a home that we fell in love with. Truly. Love at first sight. Other prospective home buyers fell in love with it, too, but they didn't have Susie as their real estate agent.
