We spend almost a year looking to buy a house during pandemic time and still couldnt find the right one. We finally reached out to Susan as our buyers agent to help us with the process since is also our first time buying a home. She guided us throughout the whole transaction from getting the pre-approval letter, setting up appointments, submitting offers and negotiating to having an offer accepted!
