I have learned that building a strong, trusting relationship is what differentiates us from the rest of the agents. My team does not end with just myself. I also work with a professional photographer for our listings and have established relationships with home inspectors, home warranty, and other vendors in which their business philosophy is aligned with ours.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The First thing we need to do is see where you are financially. Meeting with a lender is the first and most important step to help you reach your goal.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling a home can be overwhelming. Going over the current market value for your home and comparing it is important to price it right. If we don't take the time to ensure we price the property right you will lose a lot of money. Two ways you can lose 1. you under price the property and or 2. you price too high and not sell your property all together.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
My team and I have worked with many kinds of clients. It varies from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. Families down sizing or getting a bigger home to accommodate their growing family.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Old friends parents selling their duplex. It was challenging because it had tenants but after negotiations and lots of clear communication we closed just in time.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a passion for Real Estate. I watched all the shows instead of cartoons. One day I was driving and saw the add for the courses and I never looked back. I makes me happy to be a part of my clients life changing experiences such as real estate
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am currently taking some certifications for short sales as well as for probate sales. We try to continue our education with the always changing rules and regulations. I feel it is a must to also keep learning to better help our clients.
