Selling a home can be overwhelming. Going over the current market value for your home and comparing it is important to price it right. If we don't take the time to ensure we price the property right you will lose a lot of money. Two ways you can lose 1. you under price the property and or 2. you price too high and not sell your property all together.

My team and I have worked with many kinds of clients. It varies from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. Families down sizing or getting a bigger home to accommodate their growing family.

Old friends parents selling their duplex. It was challenging because it had tenants but after negotiations and lots of clear communication we closed just in time.

I am currently taking some certifications for short sales as well as for probate sales. We try to continue our education with the always changing rules and regulations. I feel it is a must to also keep learning to better help our clients.
